It is a good time of year to remind everyone that certain activities in, on or around our Retention Ponds are strictly prohibited. This includes, but not limited to: Ice Skating, Boating and Swimming.
These activities can be dangerous and are a safety hazard. They are prohibited under WPCA Covenants, due to safety and liability concerns. These retention ponds are designed to control drainage water for the Development and not intended for other uses such as listed above.
